Our Testing Process
As Lancaster's only 65+ fitness center, we offer the very best in helping our personal training clients stay Strong, Capable and Independent at a time when many of their peers are facing significant decline.
Our introductory evaluation process tests 26 of the most important characteristics of physical and cognitive function, as they relate to aging well. Whether or not you choose to become a personal training client, your results will help you stay informed, not only about your current physical capacity, but will also provide you with a baseline to ensure that you are maintaining or improving each of these areas as time goes on.
Once you become a client, we will re-test regularly to make sure that your training is on track, and you are able to continue to do the things that are most important to you!
